Management Reporter- Missing Data issue with GP2016

Hello,

We recently migrated from FRx to MR CU16 and upgraded to GP2016. We started testing reports and found missing data for prior years. I can run a more recent year with correct data with the same report. When I run a consolidated for a prior year, an entire companies data does not appear and other companies are missing data. The DM Integration only takes 5 minutes or so. We have 10 companies with history going back to 2004. It seems like it would take longer to pull in that history.

I have reset the DM multiple times with the same results when running prior reports.

Is there a way to restrict the years to pull? For an SL Integration, I updated the MRServiceHostSettings.config file to include the following:

When I make this change, I can't launch the configuration console, it errors

How can I troubleshoot the missing data?

The GL30000 table is empty for the company. Opening a new post to troubleshoot.
