Hi all,

l have integrated Facebook page with social engagement. The profile is integrated successfully. It is showing the profile running successfully. but when i am trying to add search topics with Facebook page rule for acquiring Facebook page data .I have added a Facebook page but the data from that Facebook page is not getting picked up in social engagement dashboard.I have also created a keyword rule for the same ,It is working fine ,but the Facebook page rule is not acquiring data in social engagement page. 8764.Capture.PNG

Hi Varsha, did you check this directly after configuring the rule? It could take some time to gather the data. Do your keywords gather posts? It is perfectly possible to have your rule to refined, resulting in no posts. Maybe share your keywords?
