How to display the number of activities in a record

Hi,

In Contact entity we have different entities. I would like to display the count of Activities that the record have. Is there any way I can do it through Out of the Box ?

Please advise if the solutions for this.

Hi,

If you want to show count of Activities on Contact Entity then you can use below rollup field as whole number field data type.

Hi Bipin,

I tried by following the screenshot but the field is just showing empty on the screen eventhough there are activities related to to the entity. Please advise.

HI,

Rollup field will be calculated in background. If you want to manually do then you should click on highlighted button in below image and then click on recalculate. You should be able to see the result.

Bipin, in the Activities we have a custom entity. The rollup field is not including the count of that particlular record. Any idea how I can include the count of this custom entity in activity as well?
