Morning,

has anyone found a F&O solution for the production and electronic submission of T4A in Canada.

it doesn’t appear there is anything out of the box that does this

Based on the localization documentation is not available out of the box. The only feature is Canada GST/HST Internet File Transfer (GIFT).

You can submit an idea to improve Dynamics 365: Ideas (dynamics.com)

I suggest exploring the possibility of using the withholding tax standard feature or extending it and setting up an ER.
