Alex, for D365 online, there is no cost for a support ticket.
I see.. thank you for the clarification. I can reproduce the error - import errors out on the duplicates lookup. And yes, it seems the only solution would be to contact Microsoft (not sure about the cost)
Hi Alex,
yes this is correct, but in bulk import in ownership or another user's lookup the import failed. I have to insert an another reference in column to import the file without error
Hi Sergio,
is this causing a problem somehow? If you have two users like that, one of those users should be disabled in CRM(if you revoked the license), and you can probably reassign user records to the "correct" user (just open inactive user record - there is "reassign records" button there)..
Ok, thanks Wayne.
Does Microsoft Ticket cost?
Ah, I see. I know it's too late now, but you can actually just update those Office 365 users to use your custom domain after the fact. No need to delete the ones you already made.
You might need to open a ticket with Microsoft to see what they can do about it.
Hi Wayne,
because from the office 365 Admin Center the users have been deleted and ricreated with another domain (xxxxxx.com instead of xxxxxx.onmicrosoft.com); now I have two CRM users for every agent with the same Username
You can't delete users from CRM Online. Also, why would you? You can revoke licenses so they're not taking up space, and if you delete them, you lose all the history of what they've done in the system.
Hello Sergio,
There is no supported way of doing that.
