How can i terminate Multicurrency Setup activity of Microsoft GP?

Hi,
 
I was setting up Multicurrency Access using Great planis/Business Solutions. but after some time my computer hanged. After that i press Ctrl+alt+del and finished the Great Plains task. But now my computer shows error:
 
"You cannot open great plains now because another user is entering Multicurrency access information. Try again later"
 
where i am using only one user for all great plains operations.
 
 
Can someone please guide what is the problem

    I had the same issue, found entries in the ACTIVITY table, cleared it and now I am able to log in to GP.

    The User Activity window was moved to Tools > Utilities>System

    We are in GP9, so I do not know if this exists for GP10 or GP 2010 or what ever version you are operating in, but there is a screen called User Activity (I have it as a shortcut, so I do not know how to get to it, but I know in GP9 that Microsoft removed the pathway to it and our ISV had to help me establish a shortcut to it).  Bottom line, if a userid gets hungup, you can sign into another company (including the test company Fabrikam) and open this window which lists all users currently in GP and whcih company they are in and I am able to highlight that userid which is stuck and click on the button "Delete".  It does not delete the user id, but simply logs that user id off that company and the user id is now available to be used for that company.  

    I can tell you that the window for User Activity is "Security - User Activity".  Hopefully, you already have this as it saves a lot of time to get a user id logged off a company when it is hung.

    DEX_SESSION
