Fixed Assets not depreciating items

We set up our first fixed asset for a company and went to run the depreciation and received an error message.  I'm unsure how to determine what the error code is (can't locate an error log) or what the message means.  We tried a reset/recalc as recommended; however, still get an error code.  See the screenshot below.  The JE sets up the asset on the GL, but no depreciation is calculated.  Any ideas/suggestions to fix it would be appreciated.

Thank you!  That was exactly the problem!  Ran perfectly after I added all of the year's calendars.

    Hey LJ,

Return code 16 i believe refers to your calendar having a problem.

With the calendar, it should be built out for 1901 to 2199 and there should be no gaps between the dates.

First, go and verify the calendar to verify there are no problem and you have it fully built out.

    1. Open the Fixed Assets Calendar window and verify it.
      1. Financials | Setup | Fixed Assets | Calendar.
      2. Select the calendar.
      3. Click the Verify Button.
      4. Print the report.
      5. Review for problems.
      6. If problems, correct those problems and try again.
      7. Again, it should be built out for 1901 to 2199.
    2. Next, verify that the internal Book has the calendar set correctly.
      1. Financials | Setup | Fixed Assets | Book.
      2. Select the Internal Book.
      3. Verify the calendar set is the correct calendar.
      4. You can't change this once saved and would need to create the Calendar that is assigned to the book.
    3. If the above is not helpful, look at the Error Log for more info.
      1. Financial | Inquiry | Fixed Assets | Error Log.
    I hope this helps!
