MO Entry Window Not Responding / mfgfix90checkdata Will Not Run

Hello all,
 
I have a client that is running GP 2015 with manufacturing.
The MO entry window will not respond. A few tables also will not query via SQL.
We tried running the mfgfix90checkdata procedure and it ran over 12 hours but will not complete, it hangs up on tables.
Has anyone had this happen? If so, what was the fix? Could this be a corrupt dictionary?
