Goal don`t calculate

HI!

We have some goals that don`t calculate. On these goals we get the following error message: 

You do not have a license to use Microsoft Dynamics 365. Contact your Office 365 administrator for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 license.

There was a highlighting error for the goal 768 "A USER NAME"

On the goals that calculate we dont have this error

I have verified that I have a valid license and that goal owner is a active user.

I have also checked the name that is referenced in the error message but cannot find anything here.

I cannot recalculate the goal manually (nothing happens)

Any tips on this?

    Do you have any users that have goals that their accounts that no longer exist.  This is the OFFICE 365 license not the D365 license..   This is usually when someone leaves the org, their ID was disabled in AD or the license was removed to be given to another..
