CIF V2 Implementation in Omnichannel

Hello All, 

I am trying to integrate CIF V2 within the multi-session apps. I followed the docs - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/channel-integration-framework/channel-integration-framework and did the setup as suggested.

But could not see the CIF widget in either "customer service workspace" or "omnichannel for customer service" applications. 

I could also see that there is a default setMode() set as 2, for the widget from the getMode() method of CIF framework. So tried setting it to 1. But within the CIF Widget while using,  Microsoft.CIFramework.setMode(1), we are getting timeout error.

Also the reference of "webresources/Widget/msdyn_ciLibrary.js" is giving us an error of CORB.

Not getting any clue. How to see the CIF widget version 2 in multi session apps.

    Hello,

    we are also experimenting with CIF v2. If you have followed the guide for twilio the widget appears only when you accept a new call.
