System Message 10232 Assertion Failure

A user was creating an invoice and running the timesheet report at the same time and got this error:

What can I do to prevent this from happening in the future? Was it because she running 2 intensive processes? She is running Dynamics 2011 SP2 from her workstation.

Is that specific to this error message? I've seen other variations of the assertion failure error.

Hi Candice82,

Delete the template, and then select the desired printer in the Printer Options (98.220.00) screen before you re-create the template.

Note: When you create a template, the destination printer's driver information for the printer that is specified in the Printer Options (98.220.00) screen is coded into the template.
