gp version 7.5 and window 7 workstation

HI,

Looking to verify that a client running GP Version 7.5 will be able to use a Windows 7 Workstation and SQL Server 2000.  and if so, is there anything that needs to be done in order to get it working correctly?

    Diana,

    GP 7.5 was never tested with Windows 7, and will not be as it is past its end of life. support.microsoft.com/lifecycle

    The first version of GP that was supported on Windows 7 is GP 10.0

    If you cannot upgrade to GP 10 or later, I recommend you use XP Mode (www.microsoft.com/.../download.aspx)to run GP & FRx.  It will be very slow though.

    You are probably going ot have issues with that setup. The customer really needs to look at upgrading to a supported version.
