How is the default timezone in Dynamics 365 personal settings set for users? Is it set to system date time on login?

We have users working at different timezones and we need to set the D365 timezone(in personal settings->Usersettings entity) to be same as system\outlook timezone. Is there any easy way to sync this?

All datetime fields are displayed based on this timezone if i am not wrong.

I'm guessing your need is to set the timezone for all users, there doesn't seem to be an OOB way to do this currently. You can try to use xrmtoolbox, please refer to the following link, which lists the detailed steps and methods.

If you need to synchronize, I think there is no other way except encoding, but you can modify the user's time zone in batches through the method I provided above.

First you need to install the XRM tool box and then install the tool called ' User Settings Utility'
1. Click --> Load Users and Settings

2. Select the user which one you want to change

3. In Right side, Select Time zone drop down options and select the time zone which one you want to set for the user

4. Finally, Click Update User(s) settings.
