Setting up MRP is very 'your business-specific'. I would highly recommend contacting Richard Whaley at www.accoladepublications.com. Richard has forgotten more about MRP in GP than most people will ever know. He may be able to provide some documentation for you. Short of that, I have a setup document I created in Excel that details all the setup considerations that need to made.
