We had our hard drive replaced.  I reloaded the store operations and used our backup database.  When I try to open POS I get the following "Version Mismatch" error: "The current database is of version 2.01, while the application requires version 2.00.  Please run Store Operations Administrator to correct this problem".  I'm not sure how to do this.

    All your computers need to have the same hotfix, service pack, or feature pack installed on them.  The last time I checked Feature Pack 1 was the latest release.

    database version 2.01 started with RMS2.0 sp2

    Can you tell me how to get Feature Pack 1 - is it something I can download from the internet or do I need to purchase it?  Thanks a lot!
