Lo que estoy buscando es que me brinden una ayuda para saber como redireccionar las respuestas de un caso al cliente, a través del canal de comunicación como Correo electrónico en Dynamic 365 Costumer service

    Puede enviar una notificación por correo electrónico a través de Workflow.

    En mi caso he usado la opción de enviar una notificación por correo electrónico, pero al destinatario no le llega nada.

    Respondí al cliente con este correo que se muestra en la captura, pero a él no le llega nada.

    Tampoco entiendo porque razón al enviar notificaciones de seguimiento del caso a través del correo electrónico sale un estado de Closed.

    en este caso, debe verificar el buzón del remitente, ¿funciona o no?
