Report of Default signing limit rule details

Hi,

  1. Please could we able to get a report showing the current purchase order authorization limits by person, amount and departments? in other words can we able to tell how to to export a report of ''Default signing limit rule details''
  2. Please also could it be possible to get a report showing all amendments to purchase order approval limits (the names of people authorised to approve POs, the cost centres for which they can approve POs and the authorisation limits) please?

    Hi Gowtham,

    Signing limit can be set in the system's Organization Management>Settings>Signing limit. You can set signing limit policies applicable to purchase requisitions, pointed out reports, purchase orders, etc., but the system only allows policy and parameter settings on the system, and does not export these settings.

    I don't this so this is available out of the box for you? May be you need to build some customization if its require.
