Hi all, having migrated from Dyn365 On-Prem to Dyn365 Online this week can someone tell me how I can view the event logs associated with an error message a user receives?
Normally, I would do this from the server Event Viewer, but can't do that now online.

Hi Terry,

Would you please specify which application you are using in Dynamics?

Is it Business Central or Finance & Operator?

We are using the Sales and Customer Service side of Business Central.

Hi,

I'm afraid you will not be able to see those logs in CRM Online versin because you will not have access to server.

You can submit support ticket with microsoft to get the log or troubleshoot any issue. This is only way you can check the logs.
