I am new to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. I am excited to learn more about what this CRM can do for my growing insurance agency. I signed up, so now what do I do? It would have been nice to receive a welcome to Dynamics email step 1. So, if anyone can please point me in the right direction. Maybe with a check list of tasks to complete.
