Getting Record Not Available

I created a custom entity and added the ability to do a quick create option. I can create a new record from the ribbon when on the entity. But when I click the global quick create, it starts to load then I get an error stating Record not available.

This is the error I am getting.. but in Chrome, it works without a hitch.

You may want to try clearing your Browser cache.  I've run into the same type of issue in the past where I'd get errors in one browser, but not in others.  Just a thought.

    Hi,

Press Ctrl + F5 to clear all the browser cache as told by BJMcmullan and check if it works. Also, try clearing all the browser cookies related to CRM.

Does the systemform exist in your system with id: cba0b6e1-40f9-419d-a0e5-a30bb693f79d
