How to fil in a option set field based on the value of another lookup field

I have an existing Company record that has an option set field called, "Level" and this field as the value currently listed as "High"

When I go to create a new Opportunity record (not from the company record), and then on this new Opportunity record I have a field called "Owner"  and in this field I have lookup/selected the "Company" that I want and then there is also a field called, "Level" which is the same option set as the Company record. 

My question is, How can I fill in the "Level" field with the value from the Company record when I select the Company from the "Owner" lookup field?

    Hi USA80,

    You should develop your own component,( Plugin, Javascript or a Power Automate Flow) for this scenacerio because those fields are different, for the Details that you wrote seems like the relationship form Company to Opportinuty is, 1:N so each time you change Owner from Opportunity go and look up for the Company related and change that value

    So Company and Opportunity is 1:N relationship, and owner is one lookup field you created from company in the opportunity form, and Level is one optionset field in the Company and Opportunity, right?

    If so, you can create a workflow to populate opportunity level field with the same field value from the Company automatically.

    1.Make sure the Level field is Global optionset and add it to the Company and Opportunity entities.

    2.Go to Settings > Process to create a real-time workflow in opportunity entity.

    3.Save and Active it.
