AxSysZH-HANT.KTD file missing

Hi

Users in my network are experiencing this error when they try to access dynamics ax.apparently system is lookin for some kernel text file which is missing.we are using citrix environment for dynamics ax.

the issue is resolved in random occassions when users are deleted and added againg to ax.

I have checked the dynamics bin folder in server and found AxSysZH-HANS.KTD but not AxSysZH-HANT.KTD.

Can someone help me on this.

    .KTD files are related to client

    This file contains system text strings. These are used in the interface of AX and for system messages

    consider locating .KTI file on the client machine

    Delete it and try.

    WE are using citrix environment and I did check main server but couldn't find .KTI file.

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Client\Bin

    the .kti file you will find in:

    C:\Users\[UserId]\AppData\Local\

    Hi All,

    Thanks for your responses, as it turns out this error was coming up when default language is not given for users on their AX user profile.

    this is resolved after assigning users with language.
