Is there a way to modify the fields shown in Financial Inquiry (Inquiry, Financial, Detail)? I'm looking to include the "description" field without having to go into each individual journal entry

Hi JBOOKER,

Would you please provide more details of where you are try to add a field?

If you want to add new fields to a form through personalization, please refer: docs.microsoft.com/.../user-defined-fields

You can also add a new datasource and fields from the new add datasource to a form through form extension, please refer: docs.microsoft.com/.../add-datasource

Hello Jbooker,

The description field is available by default in the voucher transactions form.

Where do you need this field else?

I'm not sure if you can see the screenshot but this is where I'm looking to add the description field. (Inquiry, Financial, Detail).

What system is the screenshot from? Not from Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. And you posted this question to D365FO forum. I can move the post to appropriate forum if you just tell what product this is:)
