    Hello Abhijit,

As far as I know you can achieve this by creating a new field in the Opportunity Product/Quote Product Form of type 'Lookup' referencing it to Price List.

don't for get to create a default price list as by design the Opportunity/Quote will need it.

    Hope this helps,

    Abed.

Second Price list lookup field will not refresh the product list. Also it will solve issue for the just two price list instead we are expecting multiple price list in one opportunity.

    Abhijit,

As far as I know, it is not possible.

    But there is a workaround.

    1. You have a price list that inside have all products

    2. Then you in your Opportunity you add product, then add product from all price list (not only the current selected price list in opportunity), then you can add the product inside

So you will have at least 2 price list actually, counted from the price list item that coming across from 2 diff price list.

Basically, CRM needs a default price list for each product to determine the price, so if you want to use let's say

Christmas Promo price List - product A until E

    Retail price list

Then you want to add product F (which is not inside the first price list), then you need to make sure that retail price list has all of the Product, then you choose product F, CRM will allow you to do that since product F is having a default price list. That is the CRM concept.

    You can read article here:

    missdynamicscrm.blogspot.sg/.../10-facts-about-default-price-list-in-CRM2011-2013-that-you-might-not-have-noticed.html

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    Hi Aileen,

I have similar requirement to use multiple (at least 2) price list in a Single Opportunity and was trying the option you suggested. However, this doesn't seems to work in Dynamics 365. I have a Product with default Price list set and in Opportunity I am using Price list that doesn't have this Product. Thus, I was expecting that as per your post above, I should be able to select this Product as it has default Price list set but it's not appearing for selection.

Do you know if this functionality has changed in Dynamics 365? Let me know your view or work around for this.

    Thanks in advance.

    Vishal
