Maybe the user in question doesn't have full access to the printers? You could try creating a new user profile.
This problem is on a terminal server. I have one user that has the issue. Two other users never have the issue. I will have them review to see if the user does get the error with the Image Writer to confirm. Why would only one receive the message, but not the other two if they are all connecting in the same manner?

This issue typically occurs when printing the same generated report more than once when using virtual or redirected printers. To confirm this is the case, try printing to the Microsoft FRx Image Writer printer multiple times. Nothing will output which is by design but if the error does not occur, that will confirm the issue.
FRx requires local printers on the machine you are printing from. I can appreciate that that is not always possible and it is sometimes possible to get that to work by updating printer drivers and granting full access to the printers.
I believe a work-around to this issue is to close and re-open the report between each print.
