In Great Plains is there a way to set up purchase orders to automatically be entered in every month? Please Help.

Standard GP doesn't have this option so you might need development for this. Have you seen blanket purchase order of GP. Please have a look at this following link.

GP doesn't have a recurrent PO scheduler, but as Babu pointed out, there is the blanket PO that can be used multiple times.. or you could check out the PO Generator module in GP. Depending on your support contract, it may already be part of your maintenance and just requires to be enabled and configured.
