Purchase order receipts - Select PO lines not visibile

We have one of our power users have this problem of not able to see the line items in POP-Select-PO-items screen. His security is set to power user. These lines are visible from another workstation under his login. At his workstation these lines are not visible.  

Navigation: 

Purchase order Entry-> Select a drop ship PO.

From Actions -> Invoice the PO items

Next screen is Select PO items 

At the left side of the screen I can see all the PO's for that vendor. But if I click on one of those PO's then the line items won't show.

    Yes, I compared. Set files are identical.

    Hi Ajit,

    Did you compare the dynamics.set file of the system which works to the  his system.
