Compliance table, how to turn off Quick Create for Mobile?

Hi

So we are seeing 'Compliance' in our Mobile App under Quick Create. We are not using this table and it just showed up there.

When we go to the table and properties the /Leverage quick-create form if available/ is grayed out.

In the classic version everything is greyed out as well

How do we get rid of this on quick create on mobile phone?
