Hallo CRM Team,
i have a Problem with my queues Item ,when i received an email i can see the email in the activity entity ,and a queue Item will be created but with the status Inactive.
have anyone an idea why the queue item are of the state Inactive.

I don't see any reason why this would normally happen. Have you checked if you have any custom workflows or plugins that change the status ?
