I can't reconfigure the Dynamics 365 for mobile app. It has me in the staging environment but I want to switch to the production environment.
I did the following:
o Tap the ellipsis in the lower right of the screen.
o Tap User Information.
o Tap Reconfigure.
The *first* time that I did this, it asked me for a url. So I switched apps to get the url. When I came back to the 365 app, it was back at the main 365 screen. So I went through the process again, but now when I tap Reconfigure, it immediately goes back to the main 365 screen. I've tried signing out/in, reinstalling the app, and rebooting my phone. I still can't get it back to where it asks me for the url.

p.s. please ignore my reply to this post with the additional information. After I submitted it, I figured out how to edit the original post but now can't figure out how to delete just the reply. :/
