Trying to reconfigure Dynamics 365 mobile app but it keeps going to main screen

I can't reconfigure the Dynamics 365 for mobile app. It has me in the staging environment but I want to switch to the production environment. 

I did the following:

o Tap the ellipsis in the lower right of the screen.

o Tap User Information.

o Tap Reconfigure.

The *first* time that I did this, it asked me for a url. So I switched apps to get the url. When I came back to the 365 app, it was back at the main 365 screen. So I went through the process again, but now when I tap Reconfigure, it immediately goes back to the main 365 screen. I've tried signing out/in, reinstalling the app, and rebooting my phone. I still can't get it back to where it asks me for the url.

Am on on iPhone X

p.s. please ignore my reply to this post with the additional information. After I submitted it, I figured out how to edit the original post but now can't figure out how to delete just the reply. :/

    That's a good idea but I don't see anything helpful. :(

    Hi

    If you send the log file to your email fro the app start screen, you should be able to see the actual reason for the fail and that should help you to get the root cause.

    Please see the screenshot below that shows how you can access the log

    Ugh. The web interface for submitting my question got all weird and I can't find a way to edit my question.

    To continue, I did the following:
