Hi everyone, im trying to send an email to a list of email addresses, who themselves may not be contacts in our CRM, but are listed as "contact email" in a custom field on the contact entity.
basic example, my CRM contact is John Jones, and his primary email is johnjones@example.co.ch.az but on his CRM profile, he listed in a custom field, contact email: james.jay@example.email.co.ch.az
is there anyway when creating a dynamic segment, that i can add the custom field email as the recipient / targeted email for my campaign? or must it be a contact for it to be added to a segment.
