As for now I have enabled outgoing email for all users, so they can send emails from the system. (Serve-Side Sync or Email router). Incoming email is not to none. It's primary used from the case module. And the subject will contain a reference to that case.
However if the receipt are answering the email send from the system its not stored in CRM in email thread linked to the case.
I can enable incoming email and set it to "Serve-Side Sync or Email router". However if I do that all the users personal emails are uploaded to CRM. And they can be found using advanced search. I think this voids some serious privacy issues. We only wan't the replys saved in CRM that are linked to the emails send from CRM.
How can this be done?
