How to deploy customized package on Dynamics AX 365 on-premises?

Dynamics AX on cloud has the ability to deploy package through LCS. But on-premises, we can only deploy package during installation. What to do if we want to deploy another package after installation?

    You can deploy the package with the same steps, You performed for cloud hosting.
