Navigational Ribbon missing in Unified Interface (ON-PREMISE)

When creating a new Unified Interface App on MS Dynamics (On-Premise) I am missing the top navigational bar on the Opportunities and other OOB entities (Account, Contacts...) as shown in the print screen:

I am using the latest on-premise build --- Version1612 (9.0.10.11) (database 9.0.2.3034) local

Can anyone tell me what steps I can perform to troubleshoot the issue?

    I haven't seen that issue in the past, but rarely customize Dynamics 365 on-premise.

    The Unified Interface is fairly limited on the v9.0 version, so I would be careful depending on what you want to achieve with this.

    In your case the best way to troubleshoot this would be to a support request: mbs.microsoft.com/.../CRMSupport

    Hi gsreply, did you fix the problem?

    For me, such a problem in the UI takes place on the organization, which is the result of an upgrade from version 8.2.

    When the organization is created from scratch in version 9.0 and all solutions are imported - the problem does not exist.

    In both organizations, the problem does not exist in the classic interface
