Intrastar information is missing or invalid

We are unable to post an invoice because of this error. Does anyone know why this is coming up all of a sudden. We were not required to enter this information the past, but now it is looking for it.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi - something has changed. Perhaps someone selected the advanced intrastate option in Tools >> Setup >> company >> company...options?

If this is ticked on, un-tick it and try and post the invoice again.

Thanks Ian. It looks like that is ticked on like you said. We will test to see if that is the culprit.

It seems that this option has always been checked and we have always been able to post invoices, so not sure why we are even getting the message.
