I have an issue raised by customer while working with connections in my application

I need to know if connections are bidirectional.
I mean if i connect Acc1 to Acc2 with type or f relationship as Father, Then when i go to Acc2 connections subgrid, does it show that it is connected to Acc1 with type of relationship as child. Hope you understand.

Thanks

Goutham

Thanks for your responce. For connections to be bidirectional , there shouls be N:N relationship defined between entities and a Connection role between them

    Thanks Kishore

I have defined a connection role with matching roles. For ex for parent role the matching role is child. I have seen in MSDN that "Apply two matching roles (sometimes referred to as reciprocal roles). One role applies to a source record and the other role applies to a target record. A “doctor” and a “patient”, a “parent” and a “child” are examples of matching roles."

The reciprocal one is not being applied . Please help if there is any discrepancy in my understanding

    Thanks
