All,
I am currently looking at how my organization can upgrade our trial key to full key. We are ENTERPRISE MSDN subscribers but seem to only have access to a 90 day trial key that has 10 days left before expiration, we were under the impression Microsoft would this resolved by the time our 90 days were up. Any suggestions, all of our custom code is on our On-Prem install and then we upload those solutions to cloud. We cannot lose this install, please help!?!
Thanks

Thanks for the replies, I have called MSDN support with no resolution. I was pointed to another department that pointed me to another department, 4 hours later I gave up......after I had been put on hold for 56 minutes! This is the worst support I have ever been provided by Microsoft.....
I will attempt to callback tomorrow but fear I will have the same outcome, this is really disappointing.

Hi,
I have a few VS Subscription (MPN and MVP), and in both cases the key is not a trial key.
I am not sure if Microsoft did not provide a valid key to MSDN subscribers, but I would contact MSDN team to rectify this issue sooner rather than later as your expiration is nearing and Dynamics v9 will stop working at that point in time.
Hope this helps.
Hello,
I don't know if this will work, but your license key normally is stored in the MSCRM_CONFIG database.
Try to update it there if you have the product key from Volume licensing site.
USE MSCRM_CONFIG
SELECT *
FROM ConfigSettings
