why sla is not getting applied to custom entity.

I have define an sla and sla details with some actions.

I have made relationship between sla kpi instance and custom entity.

i have added quick view on the custom entity form .

also i have added a separate timer on custom entity form .

my timer works but the quick view timer do not show anything as such.

for timer only on custom entity form the failure condition id set to a fields No option selected.

why this strange think, what obvious thing am i missing.

am i doing wrong in placing the quick view form on my custom entity form.

or is it related with the licensing with dev crm instance .

i am totally stuck in this, can anybody help me in resolving this Pleaseeeeee.

    Hello Wei Jie Fun,
    I have followed the articles , in my case i am also doing in the same way.

    but why my sla is not being displayed i am totally confused.

    one point remains here below is screenshot for system settings against SLA, i am bit confused if it is correct or not.

    second thing i am adding the quick view form in the custom entity 

    this quick view form i have created in SLA KPI instance entity.

    Timer control contains below definition.

    Hi,

    You have disabled the SLA for every SLA enabled entities. it should be like the below picture.

    Hello Guys,

    Yes i got the answer,

    system settings was the issue.

    My first screenshot .

    i have selected no option for Disable sla and it's working now.
