This seems like a simple question but difficult to find an answer.
I'm creating a new user in D365. How long can the User Name be in length?

It accept maximum 200 by default for full name.
First Name and last name length is 64 and middle name length is 50 but you can increase it as per your requirement.
I'm looking for the maximum length of the User Name; not the Full Name. Is that what you meant?
The User Name is what the person uses to log in with. The Full Name is a composite field consisting of First, Last and Middle names.
The length of the "domainname" is limited to 1024 chars
It is 1024 by default and you can increase it too.
