Hello, the same thing is happening to me in the production company, while in the test everything is fine. What may be happening?

I am glad that worked out for you. I knew it had to be something ouitside of GP causing the problem.

    Dear Richard,

    Thanks for the support.

The problem has solved, the problem happened to update data (ODBC) in the PC. The region selected GP application in that PC is Middle East. I used to change Arabic instead of English in the advanced tab in the regional and language setting .Its works.

So it is one computer with which you have this problem? On this laptop can you see transactions for any checkbook or is it just this one checkbook that has this problem? Can you log on as a different user and see the transactions? Do you have any third party products installed? Do you have access to your server? If so, try running SQL profiler and filter for this user on this database to see what is actually occurring. If you could then load SQL Management Studio on your laptop and run the query you saw in profiler and see if you get the same results. These transactions sit in a table called CM20200. Just using the SQL Management Studio see if you see transactions for all checkbooks on your laptop. I am not aware of any standard GP issues that would result in this type of a result.

     Thanks for your reply.

As you mentioned, its not some user. it is in some system (client computer) not appearing trasaction for the same checkbook.

i goes through your tips running GRANT.SQL,recreate user but its coming same blank result(snapshot attached).

advice me i want to reinstall GP in the client system(computer/Laptop) or any tips to solve my issue.

Are you saying that you can go to Transactions->Financial->Rreconcile Checkbook, select a checkbook and enter balance and dates and then click Transactions and for some users there will appear no transactions and for other users there will be transactions for the same checkbook?

I would first try run the GRANT.SQL script located on your server in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\SQL\Util folder against your company database. If that does not fix it I would try dropping one of the users who sees no transactions from GP and then try adding them back and granting them access to the appropriate roles in your companies.
