Hello Everyone,

Hope all are doing well !!!

We are trying to debug the hardware station in store commerce. Unfortunately, the breakpoints are not enabling after attached the processor of Store commerce.

Can you please guide us how can we debug the hardware extension sample in store commerce?

    Hello,

    Based on your screenshot it looks to me like you are using Visual Studio instead of the Visual Studio Code that is suggested when using Store Commerce.

    If you are more comfortable with debugging/developing in the good old VS, then you could gravitate towards Shared Hardware Station, configuring that in D365 and installing is as a stand-alone application. This way you will be able to attach to it vis IIS process as you did in your original screenshot.

    Hi Pankaj,

    Please take a look into the article below, please pay special attention in 3 points that normally partners, and customers are missing:

    1) Install the Store commerce app with parameter --enablewebviewdevtools

    2) Don not open VS code as admin;

    3) the .vscode folder should be created in the root folder of your solution.
