Load Arrival Date and Time

Hello

Can anyone out there please explain how or where the Load arrival date and time are populated from?

The date shown below is when the customer sees the ASN has been sent but in reality the ASN was sent on 07.02 but the customer believes it was 12.04. I would like to know where this date is getting pulled from. The time is always midnight so I am beginning to believe this is system generated.

    Hi Duncan,

Load arrival date and time - This is the date when the load is scheduled to arrive at the destination.

You can refer to this old thread:
