When we go through the process of copying the marketing list contacts to another list nothing happens at all. No errors, no actual copying, just nothing. Please help this is causing long amounts of time to create our lists manually each time.

    Hi ITGTech,

I just did this following these steps.  Hopefully this helps:

    1.  Added the first marketing list and put on 3 members (static list)

    2.  Created a second marketing list (static)

    3.  Clicked to add the members and used "Advanced Find" and used the following to find the members:

This selected the three members from the prior list to add to this marketing list:

    Thanks much,

yes im aware of how to create a list and add people to it. The issue with with 10s of thousands of contacts we want to be able to COPY MARKETING LISTS as intended by the software and the screenshots i presented. All you are saying it how to create a marketing list. I need to copy a list as the options should allow.

that takes like 7 steps instead of 1. There is a option to do it there for a reason. Are you confirming the proper way to be a bug? Were you able to recreate the issue on your end using the step by step process i provided in screenshots? Is it not possible to do it that way? If thats the case why is the option there at all?

Actually Drew described how to add items to your target list using Add Members using Advanced Find query. Just you haven't recognized that.

no i absolutely did. You guys are missing the point of this entire thread. The question is that button in my screenshots that allows you to check the members and then click addto another marketing list does not work. Period. Can anyone else reproduce this issue? Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? I am not looking for a work around. I am trying to resolve the issue or report it to microsoft to be fixed.

I just completed the steps that I showed, selected the members and once I refreshed my screen in the new marketing list ( had to refresh the screen) they showed up, see below.  It is working in my environment online.

    Hope this helps.

We have a on premise and refreshing doesnt help. Does anyone with on premise have the ability to test this feature?

and sorry if i sound abrasive. I am up to my ears in CRM bugs and issues as a lone internal IT support its sucking up so much time in my day that I a fed up with it.

I have had a critical ticket open with microsoft support for sharepoint integration with crm for 2 months now and they have absolutely no idea how to fix it even after speaking to 14 techs and 56 hours on the phone with both departments. Its absurd they cannot support their own product and a giant waste of my time.

    Ok, sorry.

Followed your steps exactly and it did not work for me either.  Sorry for not reading your process steps specifically.

You are correct, this is not working for me either in my online environment.

Lots of options there depending on your support with Microsoft.
