We know the what's news page can popup display custom entity and that's specific entity, But How to using "@" in what's news page to popup display "Marketing List" name.

You need to Activate the Marketing List entity for Activity Feeds.
Navigate to Settings -> Activity Feeds Configuration
Select the Marketing List (list) record, and click on Activate.
Go to Solutions and Publish your customizations.
Once your customizations are published, go back to your Dashboard and in the What's New and enter the name of the marketing list, or enter @ and click on Look up more records >> link to find the list that you want to add.
The name of the list will appear inside curly braces after selected.
