Smaller Outlook bar?

Is there anyway to get a smaller Dynamics side bar. The current one takes 20% of the screen and I cannot find a way to resize

What I would really like is an "Track without regarding" icon in the ribbon to bypass that side bar altogether (Side bar takes to long to load, and is too big to leave open...).

Hello Andrew,

Unfortunately you can only shrink down to a certain size. We are working on improving the performance of opening up the window, but in the meantime the pin feature is the best option to bypass the load times.

You could open up a product suggestion here to raise your concerns: crmideas.dynamics.com/.../

Otherwise, for what you want to track without regarding there is another alternative that you can use. You can leverage "category tracking" . With Category tracking you can quickly set the category "tracked to dynamics" and it will set regard the email without regarding. Hi Tyson

Thanks for the information, hope MS implements a less intrusive version for Outlook soon.

Does this mean that I cannot use Category-Based tracking if I am indeed using Dynamics 365?

Hello Andrew,

That message is stating that it is not supported with the Dynamics 365 for outlook .com addin. This is fully supported with the App for outlook.
