Using CountryRegionCode form

Hi,

I want to use  forms named RHRMVirtualNetworkEvaluation, RHRMVirtualNetworkViolation, RHRMVirtualNetworkBenefit in my customized form by using the respective menu items. The mentioned forms has defined structure when view from AOT but while using them the forms shows blank structure. The menuitems are CountryRegionCode RU enabled.

What could be the possible reason here of this blank structure of the forms and how can I use them ?

    Few features are developed only for certain regions. Might be taxes are not applicable in a certain country. Might be Zakat is applicable in a certain country only.

    So controlling features by country code, has been a way, by Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer.

    RU represents code for Russia.

    Thanks Sohaib,

    Means I cannot use those forms in usual way but can use them using code. Isn't this is because of the Security key which is there on menuitems and tables involved ?

    Please correct me, if I'm wrong.

    Yeah, it’s because of country code which is mentioned in properties of specific object such as menu items etc.

     

    In order to use these functionalities, there are two ways

    1) Add ISO code of your country.

    Or

    2) Remove Existing country code, from properties.

     

    Notes:

    • Just by performing step #1, and step#2, on a single object, don’t expect full functionality, working. It may take much more. I mean may be you need to perform this practice on bunch of different elements, such as on menus, classes, inside code, on forms etc. at different places. As you will proceed your journey of debugging you will reach from start to end node, finally full functionality working.

    • I am not sure about legal aspects of doing it. Whether its recommend as by Microsoft License terms or restricted. If you are going to perform this, make sure whether it’s legal to do or not.

      Most likely it seems legal, changing properties such as Configuration Key might not be legal. This seems legal. But as I said, I am not sure, so check at your end.
