We are uploading a 3rd party app called PieSync to Business Central, but it continually fails with the below error:
An extension with same App ID and version has already been uploaded. Resolve and deploy again.
We are stuck in limbo because there does not seem to be a way to remove or uninstall this app. Additionally, we cannot re-deploy it as we receive the same message.
How do you remove an unusable app?
