Error Importing Managed Solution with Multiple Language sets

We are getting an error trying to import a managed solution into an existing environment after adding two additional language sets to the development environment the managed solution was created from. The managed solution is the same one that has been imported into the existing site previously and is only causing the error after adding the additional language sets to the development environment. This is the error we are getting on the import.

"Unable to process 'Product' Entity String node because 'Comment' attribute is missing. ResourceKey: Web.SFA.QOI.QuantityChangedDueToChangeInAccuracy, LanguageCode: , Value: The value in the Quantity box has changed from "{0}" to "{1}" due to an update to the decimals supported in the product. To save the changes, click Ok, and then click Save or Save and Close."
