What is the EFIC amount?

I'm entering beginning balances for a few employees, and I see that there is an "EFIC Amount" under Taxable Wages where it wants me to enter an amount. What is the EFIC amount? What should I be putting in for the EFIC amount?

    could You please help me i want to prevent the GP to add default exchange rate with itself i want to enter exchange rate manually
