I'm not sure if this is the right place to report a bug for Portals, but I think I found an issue how portals display Event dates on Events page.
It uses outdated library called date.js which incorrectly parses future date especially if the date falls within daylight savings.
Moment.js and vanilla JavaScript Date.parse produce correct date. See below:
first window uses standard ADX events page with date.js loaded which overrides Date.parse method, while second browser with no side libraries loaded, you can see that date.js produces 2pm while it should be 1pm.
Sample project: (put a breakpoint at " var endDate = Date.parse(endText);" line inside 1.html - this code was taken from standard ADX portal.js file when it turns GMT dates to local timezone)
